My NP Direct Primary Care

My NP Direct, launched in July 2025 in downtown Shakopee, is a nurse practitioner-led direct primary care clinic offering affordable, integrative, and holistic healthcare through a membership model. By focusing on prevention and personalized care, the clinic provides longer appointments, evidence-based care plans, and services ranging from general primary care to nutrition therapy, acupuncture, and counseling. My NP Direct aims to transform “sick care” into true health care.
