WHAT IS THE FAST-TRACK CHALLENGE?
Scott County community members, entrepreneurs, professionals, and students compete to launch breakthrough inventions and business ideas to win critical resources and move their concept to the next level. Much like the TV show Shark Tank, you will present your idea to a panel of judges. It is then evaluated for viability, creativity, need, growth potential and much more.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
The FAST-TRACK Competition is for all Scott County entrepreneurs including those with an idea that is not yet established as well as new businesses established within the five years. This program is intended to help you launch that great idea and make it reality! You can be a student, business entrepreneur, inventor, Mom, Dad... it doesn't matter! The participant invention ideas will go through a rigorous "shark-tank" like setting with the best being declared our winner!

- No entry fee! Absolutely free for all participants.
- Applicant must reside in Scott County or be willing to locate their business to Scott County.
- Start-up businesses with a new product idea which is ready to launch.
- Applicant cannot be a member of the Center for Entrepreneurship Board or Scott County CDA.
