Charles Shannon is an accomplished business and corporate development leader with more than 25 years of experience spanning investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate development, and executive management.
He currently serves as President of Loeffler Construction, leading day-to-day operations and helping guide the company’s continued growth. Previously, Charles served as Vice President of Corporate Development at Tennant Company, leading strategic growth initiatives, and as Vice President of Business Development at Surgical Information Sciences, a company he helped launch in 2013.
Throughout his career, Charles has gained extensive experience evaluating, funding, acquiring, and developing businesses. His background provides a broad perspective on entrepreneurship, business strategy, capital formation, and sustainable growth.

Charles is a proud U.S. Navy veteran and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Finance from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, playing pickleball, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
