Patrick J. Cole, Larkin Hoffman. Patrick represents businesses in a variety of matters including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, complex business transactions, compensation arrangements, and compliance matters. He has proven experience in a diverse range of corporate and transactional legal matters including private debt and equity financings, shareholder relationships and disputes, real estate development, organizational and choice of entity, succession planning, and governance issues. Patrick earned his J.D., magna cum laude, at Creighton Law School, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Creighton Law Review. In his spare time, Patrick spends his free time with his wife and three daughters, and serves on the board of the Center for Irish Music, a nonprofit based in St. Paul.
